Happy Chinese New Year Rat!
How's it going?
Having fun for your Chinese New Year Rat? Long time no seeing you you either in Taiwan or on our Blog. I was busy in my transitions during the Chinese New Year time. I spent my last night at my apartment in Tucson, Arizona Chinese New Year Eve, February 6th '08.
Then I took the trips to Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia since Chinese New Year Day, February 7th '08.
Washington was one of the seven states I had never been to before. Seattle is the pretty city in most of the people's minds. Even you have not been there, you could ever taste Starbucks Coffee and use the products of Mircosoft. Boeing, manufactor of airplanes, is also from Seattle. You could ever take Boeing 737, 747, 777. On February 7 to 8 '08, I discovered her.
Then I took the shuttle aross the broder to British Columbia, Canada, first time visiting. I was surprised that in Richmond City more than 50% residence are Chinese, mostly from Hong Kong, Mainland China. It seems like a Chinese City rather than China Town at all. Some of pictures taken in Vancouver to share with you above like in Downtown, UBC, SFU.
If you didn't have the chances to take a look before, highly recommend you to discover her beauty. Vancouver is the first choice for the immigrates in the world. She will be the host to hold the 2010 Winter Olympic Game.
If you want to find a labor intensive job with high wages and social benefits, Vancouver is the option you could consider. It's time to make it for she prepares the Olympic.
